Alfaaz is proud to curate Poetry in celebration of United Nations World Oceans Day

taking place at the UN Headquarters in New York on June 8th.

We are looking for writers to submit poetry for the 2023 theme:

Submissions should underscore humanity's inherent connection to the ocean and support a cultural shift in understanding that positions earth as an ocean planet. Select pieces may be shared on social media, on the UN World Oceans Day website, as well as incorporated into the June 8th programming.

We are seeking diversity in languages and geography of writers. with a maximum of sixteen lines
